2A Region 3 Cross Country is this Friday, Oct. 25th in Rocky Ford! Race Times: 10 am girls, 10:45 am boys - everyone is welcome to attend and cheer our Cross Country Team on!
Qualifying: 2A-top five full teams will qualify for the state meet and the top 15 individuals will qualify for the state meet. #GoodLuckTrojans #LAAllTheWay
HS Volleyball vs Springfield today at 4:00 - Senior Volleyball players, E-Sports seniors, Golf Seniors and Cross Country Seniors and their parents will recognized after the JV game.

High School Football Athletes of the Week:
Offense: Jerome Ethridge-Jerome played a great game against Rocky Ford, he had a big reception for 48 yards and played tough lock down Defense as well.
Defense: Armondo Varela- Varela had 4 total tackles on D with 1 tackle for a loss of yards. Varela also got his first defensive touchdown off a fumble recovery for 21 yards.
High School Volleyball Athletes of the Week:

V: Emma Netherton
After a nasty ankle sprain and having to sit out for multiple games, Emma came back with a vengeance. In the last two games, she had 41 hits, 19 being kills. Altogether, that is a 46% kill rate. Keep up the pace, Emma!
