On Wed., October 12th the 9th-11th grade will be taking the Fall PSAT. Students will be testing from 8am-12pm. This test is used to set goals for state assessment in the Spring and also allows students to win scholarships. Please make sure your student is at school on time and ready to test in the morning. HECTOR of Week
Staff - Dennis Montoya - He has adapted to change very well, he has patience and is tolerant. He is easy to talk to and can brighten anyone's day with his contagious smile.
JH -(not pictured) Davian Gauna-He went out of his way on the playground to help a student in need. He has also been working hard to get caught up on work.
HS - Alexis Greenbank - She is our Hector of the week because she exemplifies HECTOR in her everyday life. She always has a positive attitude. Nothing much bothers her about her peers and she is very attentive in class. She is always willing to lend a helping hand where needed and is very respectful.

Last Monday and Tuesday, Damien participated in State Golf at Pinehurst Country Club. He played great and is satisfied with his season. On the first day, Damien shot a 78, and on the second day he shot a 79 with a total score of 154, finishing tied for 29th.
