LASD Staff Spotlight:

Mrs. Lockhart’s food science classes visited the Wallace farm/ranch this week and the FFA students taught them about raising beef and the different cuts of meat. As a thank you, the students created a playdoh feedlot for them!

Mrs. Wallace did a fun activity for her staff to celebrate each other. Each staff member was given colored stars to put on each other’s card. Each color represented a different praise that they could recognize each other for.

Today is the last day to visit the Scholastic BookFair at the elementary school if you haven’t got a chance yet!

It’s Red Ribbon Week! Yesterday’s dress up day was: Team Up Against Drugs, wear your favorite team jersey.
