JH/HS Announcements:
2024 Santa Fe Trail Day King & Queen Candidates: there will be a parent meeting tonight at 5:30 pm OR Friday at 10:00 am at the high school (pictured are the 2023 SFTD King & Queen: Mia Quintana and Kevin Nevland)
Due to extreme cold, Las Animas Jr. High and High School will have a 2 hour delay tomorrow (1/15/24). Staff will report at 9:30 am and school will start at 10:00 am. No breakfast will be served.
Jr. High & High School Bus Students: We will NOT run any morning routes in the morning (1/15/24) due to the extreme cold & risk of exposure. Parents/Families, if you can not transport your student to school, please call the office and let them know; 719-456-0211. Afternoon routes will run on normal schedule
Due to a broken water pipe in the elementary school - there will be NO elementary school OR Daycare tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 15. At this time, the Jr. High & High School will be on regular schedule.

High School Science Olympiad practice will be on Friday starting at 9. We only have 8 practices until Regionals on March 2nd!
There will be Friday school tomorrow from 8 - 12 for JH/HS students
