Jump Start Learning Center Parents: Reminder, on Wednesday, April 13 they will have a "family play date" in the playground at LAES (weather permitting) They will serve dinner starting at 5:30 pm then have crafts and games set up for you and your family to enjoy. See you there!


Jump Start Learning Center is now enrolling children for the 2022-23 school year - April 28th from 8 am - 4 pm @ Las Animas Elementary School. They accept children who are 3 years old by June. 1

In theater, they won 1st in the scenes with a section of our upcoming play, Check Please. James Zook, Cailey Burns, Makyla Whattler, Derrick Marlow, and Phoebe Frausto performed.
James Zook won 1st Monologue with To be or Not to Be
Cailey Burns won 2nd Monologue with I Ate the Divorce Papers
Makyla Whattler won 3rd monologue with an excerpt from Maleficent
Cailey Burns won best actor, and the senior scholarship
James Zook was the runner up for the senior scholarship
In the vocal competition, Olivia Perez won 3rd place for her solo " Take Me To Church"
In the Creative Writing portion, Gio Muniz-Lopez won 3rd place in short stories for his work entitled "The Time I Almost went to Jail"
Kevin Nevland won the award for Most Creative Book for The Malmaison
and Analyce Wilson won for Best Book Storyline with her book entitled The Train Fare Florida Frontier

🤖 Mr. Reyher’s High School Tech Class built their robots for the Sumo competition. In these pictures they were battling to see who would get the bragging rights. Markus Vigil was the winner with the final score being: Markus Vigil - 7, Ben Nevland - 4, and Mr. Reyher - 4.
