Jr. High students recognized Ms. Pointon and Mr. Coy for school counselor week by presenting them with cards and certificates this morning at their celebration assembly!
Trojan Fans: if you plan on attending the HS Basketball game @ Swallows Charter Academy on Thursday, Feb. 10:
Swallows Charter is in Pueblo County and you will need to have masks for fans, coaches and players.
Thank you First National Bank of Las Animas for sponsoring FREE popcorn at the HS basketball game vs Swink this Friday! Come support the Trojans - games start at 4:30 pm and Lion's Club is also have their Chili Supper to benefit the LA Travel Club!
🐝 Congratulations to our building spelling bee winners! Their next step will be to compete in a district completion and the winner will have the option to compete in the state spelling bee.
Knowledge Bowl came in 1st at regionals and will be doing state! Woohoo!👏🎉

High School & Jr. High Basketball updates for the week:
Tuesday Feb. 8th - High School Basketball - John Mall has cancelled their girls game against Holly, so we will play against Holly JV boys with our JV boys at 5:00pm followed by Varsity at 6:30 pm. Boys only.
Saturday Feb. 12th - Cheraw has cancelled their junior high girls basketball tournament due to an officials shortage.
