8th grade and High School students: sign up for Fall E Sports at lunch on Tuesday or Wednesday this week!
High School STUCO will be having its first meeting of the year on Tuesday. Lunch will be provided. If you are interested, the meeting will be in Mrs. Koch's room during lunch.
Now enrolling for Tiny Trojan's Cheer Camp - final day to register is September 3rd.
Packets can be picked up at the elementary.
HECTOR of the Week
JH - Esme Zaragoza has been very enthusiastic to begin the year! Esme has carried a positive attitude through each day and brought good energy to the junior high.
HS - Bella Martinez. She has started school with an optimistic attitude and is very helpful in class and is kind to all.
Staff - Mr. Buford has worked extremely hard to get the gym and weight room set up. He did a great job last week welcoming the students back. He has remained optimistic while learning new procedures and very honest when he needs help with anything. Keep up the excellent work!
The Trojan Golf Team competed in the Alamosa Invite on Friday, August 16th. The competition at this tournament was the toughest they will see this season. Coach Baca and Coach Atkins are proud of how the boys played with not only tougher competition, but at a tougher golf course. As a team, the Trojans placed 8th out of 14 teams. There were 62 golfers total. Individual scores as follows: *Damien Baca - 72 (3rd place) *Kree Wallace - 99 (42nd place) *Cody Netherton - 100 (45th place) *Matthew Dowell - 107 (49th place)

8/13/24 Par-tee time! ⛳️🎉 Not only did Damien Baca take 1st place overall in Fowler’s Invite today, the Trojans also took 1st place as a team with a score of 261! The tournament consisted of 78 golfers and 16 teams. Individual results are: *Damien Baca had a finishing score of 76-1st place. *Cody Netherton had a finishing score of 91-10th place. *Matthew Dowell had a finishing score of 94-tie for 14th place. *Kree Wallace had a finishing score of 98-27th place. *Zaquery Cahill had a finishing score of 132-72nd place.
