“Everyday Heroes”, that’s what Bent County Ambulance called two elementary students who they recognized at the celebration assembly last week. Myra Craig was recognized for remaining calm and calling 911 to get help and for wearing her seatbelt. Eve Tyler was recognized for remaining calm and giving the dispatcher a clear description of the problem to get a family member help. Great job girls, we are proud of you! 👏👍

Mr. Montoya took his eighth graders to look at habitats at John Martin Reservoir! They are studying biodiversity and were able to look at skulls of different animals and feel the fur of different animals as well. 🐾

Here is the first round of the district basketball tournament. Gate is $8/$5. CHSAA passes only -excepted. No other passes are accepted.
Boys will play Monday at 6:00 p.m. at Walsenburg.
Girls will play at home on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. against Walsenburg.
