Nicholas Duran is the athlete of the week against McClave. Duran had two crucial catches, totaling 31 yards, to put the Trojans in scoring position of friday. Defensively Duran had 3 total tackles, and 1 interception for 37 yards.

Ava LaBarge is the volleyball athlete of the week. She has consistently shown what it means to be a team player as she has stepped into many new roles. Ava always puts the team first. Her leadership and communication on the court help set the tone for success. Keep it up!

Staff - Mrs. Elisha Garcia for Hector of the week due to her exceptional commitment to our school community and students.
Her tireless work ethic is evident in all aspects of her role. She consistently exhibits professionalism in her interactions
with parents, staff, and when answering phone calls.
JH - Annabelle-Annabelle is a great addition to LA Junior High. She has a bubbly personality. She greets adults with a
smile and a fun handshake everyday. She adds a lot to class discussions with her knowledge. She does extra work for
classes, and she serves as a teacher's aide when needed. We are very proud of Annabelle and the way she shows

HS - Seriah Martinez is stepping up as a senior academic leader. In food science she leads her team in the kitchen and in
English and Geography she steps up to the standards that she knows are set for her. She is always coachable, tolerant of
others, and honest to a T.

Esports Update: Max played a big game today. He is ranked 6th and played a team ranked 3rd in the mountain region, he won 68-33 and is now ranked 1st in the mountain region, that's a very impressive accomplishment, good job and keep up the good work.

Braydon Ortiz is my player of the week. Braydon was very efficient on offense on Friday against Holly. He went 16 for 18 passing for 190 yards and 3 touchdowns. Braydon also had four 2 point conversions. On the defensive side Ortiz helped stop the run game with 3 total tackles with 2 tackles for loss.
